    At Breathe & Box, connection doesnโ€™t end when the training session does. From beach picnics and basketball to hikes, open-mic nights and post-class beers, we host regular socials that bring people together. These moments are where friendships form, support systems grow, and memories are made.

    When: Saturdays, 12:00 PM
    Where: Patacona Beach (in front of La Mรกs Bonita)
    Note: Gloves provided if needed โ€“ just show up ready to move!

  • Calisthenics (Strength & Stability)

    When: Mondays, 6:30 PM
    Where: Puente de Los Flores (El Turia)
    For: All levels | Bodyweight & rings training
    Note: Train outdoors, build real strength โ€“ no machines, no fluff.

  • Breathwork & Yoga

    When: Thursdays, 7:30 PM
    Where: Parque Central
    For: All levels | Focused on breath, strength & flow
    Note: Bring a mat if you have one โ€“ or a towel works too.
